Questions About Buying Wedding Online

Our jewellery experts usually reply within an hour, 10 am – 8 pm.

1. How is the price of Wedding calculated?

Gold jewellery is priced at the day's gold rate multiplied by the piece's weight, plus making charges, plus 3% GST. Diamonds, polki, kundan and other stones are added separately. Because rates change every day, the same piece can cost slightly more or less from one day to the next. Check today's gold rate in Hyderabad.

2. Is it safe to buy Wedding online from Krishna Jewellers?

Yes. Every gold piece is BIS hallmarked and ships fully insured with a detailed invoice. We've been jewellers in Hyderabad since 1983 and have seven showrooms, so you can also see a piece in person or on a video call before you pay.

3. How can I check the purity of my jewellery?

Look for the three BIS hallmark marks: the BIS Standard Mark, the purity of gold in carats and fineness, and a 6-digit alphanumeric HUID code. The HUID can be checked through the BIS Care App using its 'Verify HUID' facility.

4. What are making charges on Wedding?

Making charges cover the labour and craftsmanship that go into a piece. They're higher for intricate work than for simpler designs. Your invoice shows metal value, stone value, making charges and GST separately, so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

5. Why do some Wedding designs show "Price on request"?

Heavier and high-value pieces are priced on their exact weight and that day's rates, so we confirm the price when you ask. Tap "Price on request" to message us on WhatsApp. You'll get the current price, weight and more photos, usually within the hour.

6. What is your return and exchange policy?

Our jewellery comes with lifetime exchange, free shipping within India and a 7-day refund policy. See our returns and refund policy for the full conditions. You can also exchange old gold for new at any showroom.

7. Can I see Wedding before buying online?

Yes. Book a free video call and our team will show you pieces live, check weights and answer questions. You can also visit any of our seven showrooms in Hyderabad.

8. Do you ship Wedding outside India?

Yes. We ship insured jewellery to the USA, Canada, the UK and other countries, with customs paperwork handled for you. See international shipping or our NRI page for details, or message us on WhatsApp with your country.
